The Partnership Model

Health transformation inside trusted communities.

DēsAL™ isn't a health program you join — it's a system your organization delivers. When people already gather in community, the social architecture of change is already in place. We build on it.

Every partner becomes a DēsAL™ Delivery Hub: equipped with a certified Facilitator, the Prysm iO scanning protocol, and a structured program sequence that integrates into existing community rhythms — not over them.

Our six-pillar DESIGN framework maps to the biological systems your people are managing right now — whether they know it or not. Partnership makes that knowledge actionable and the outcomes measurable.

Six DESIGN Pillars
Diet
Exercise
Sleep
Integrity
Gratitude
Nature
714 mapped biological links across 7 shared control systems — inflammation, circadian rhythm, mitochondria, metabolism, autonomic balance, endothelial function, and neuroplasticity — producing compounding health effects across every pillar.
Partnership Tracks

Four tracks. One framework.

Purpose-built tracks align DēsAL™ to the existing culture, schedule, and goals of your organization — without requiring you to change how your community already operates.

Faith Communities
Whole-Person Stewardship

For congregations, ministries, and faith-based nonprofits integrating a theology of body stewardship. DēsAL™ maps naturally onto small group formats, men's and women's ministry rhythms, and seasonal community calendars.

Integrates with existing discipleship structures
Supports whole-person pastoral care
Measurable biological outcomes alongside spiritual formation
Cohort format builds shared accountability within the congregation
Youth & Athletics
Performance & Recovery

For athletic programs, schools, and youth organizations building the biological foundation for peak performance. The DESIGN framework addresses the six lifestyle drivers of recovery rate, injury resilience, and long-term physical development.

Sleep and circadian rhythm optimization for athletes
Anti-inflammatory nutrition protocols
Autonomic stress resilience training
Family and adult tracks available alongside youth programs
Business & Professional
Cognitive & Metabolic Edge

For professional networks, executive groups, and corporate wellness programs. DēsAL™ builds sustainable output by restoring the underlying systems that chronic stress, disrupted sleep, and metabolic drift degrade over time.

Targets neuroplasticity, autonomic balance, and metabolic function
Structured for demanding professional schedules
Peer accountability within existing professional relationships
SCS baseline scanning provides objective starting data
Health & Clinical
Integrated Wellness

For clinics, counseling practices, and wellness organizations. DēsAL™ gives practitioners a validated lifestyle framework to extend clinical outcomes into the six lifestyle domains that most treatment plans leave unaddressed.

Complements behavioral health and primary care models
Bridges lifestyle medicine and clinical treatment
Objective Prysm iO data supports clinical documentation
Nonprofit and 501(c)(3) partnership structures available
What to Expect

Program infrastructure, delivered to you.

Partner organizations don't build the program — they deliver it. DēsAL™ provides the full operational stack so your Facilitator can focus entirely on your community.

01
Prysm iO Scanning Protocol

Every participant enters with an objective Skin Carotenoid Score (SCS) baseline measured by the Prysm iO biophotonic scanner. Rescans at weeks 8–10 document quantifiable biological change — giving your community a number, not just a feeling.

02
Automated 8-Week Program Sequence

A structured weekly email sequence delivers science-grounded content, two pillar-aligned micro-actions per week, and progress check-ins automatically. Your Facilitator operates the scanner — the program does the rest.

03
Tiered Enrollment Framework

Participants are placed into Foundation, Momentum, or Full Alignment tiers based on readiness and capacity. Each tier delivers the right number of pillars and actions for where your people actually are — not where a standard program assumes they should be.

04
170-Action Micro-Action Library

Each weekly contact draws from a validated library of 170 micro-actions mapped to 13 biological mechanisms across 6 pillars. Specific, time-bounded, and calibrated for real-world implementation — not aspirational behavior change that doesn't stick.

Getting Started

Four steps to active partnership.

The path from first conversation to live cohort is straightforward by design. We handle the infrastructure — you bring the community.

01
Discovery Call

We learn your organization's mission, audience, and existing rhythms. You'll see exactly how DēsAL™ fits your community context — no assumptions, no generic pitch.

No commitment required
02
Facilitator Certification

Your designated Facilitator completes DēsAL™ certification — trained on the Prysm iO scanner, DESIGN framework, and the facilitation protocol specific to your track.

Scanner + SOP + onboarding materials included
03
Cohort Launch

Your first cohort is onboarded with baseline SCS scanning, tier placement, and the full automated 8-week sequence. The infrastructure is handled — your Facilitator leads the community.

Full automation from day one
04
Rescan & Renewal

Prysm iO rescans at weeks 8–10 document biological change with objective data. Partners receive cohort outcomes reports and tools for re-enrollment and program expansion.

Your community.
Their biology. Transformed.
Partnership applications are reviewed quarterly. We work with a limited number of organizations to ensure program quality and Facilitator support at every site.
